Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use this site and place orders. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, copy its content without permission, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

3. Products
We sell silver jewelry across a range of collections. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and finishes accurately, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and the handmade or plated nature of certain pieces.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct pricing or descriptive errors at any time, even after an order has been placed.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Discounts and Membership
We periodically offer a first order discount of 20 percent, available without creating an account. Customers who join as members separately receive a 25 percent discount tied to membership. These two offers are independent of each other, so a customer may redeem the first order discount and later also redeem the membership discount upon signing up. Discount codes cannot generally be combined beyond what is stated at checkout, and we reserve the right to modify or end any promotional offer at any time.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled free of charge within 60 minutes of purchase through the "My Orders" section of your account. After this window, an order is considered final and moves into processing, and we may not be able to accommodate a cancellation request.

7. Shipping
Orders are shipped worldwide. Orders totaling 75 US dollars or more ship free. Orders under that amount are charged a flat shipping fee of 7 US dollars. Orders are sent out within 24 business hours of purchase, and delivery generally takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on destination. Account holders can track their order through "My Orders," and a tracking email is also sent once the order ships. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.

8. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 calendar days of delivery, including for international orders. To qualify, an item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Pierced jewelry, including earrings, becomes final sale once its packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

Final sale items, including clearance pieces and custom or personalized jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item received was wrong or damaged, in which case customers on US domestic shipments will be reimbursed for return shipping costs. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred when returning an item.

Approved refunds cover the cost of the item plus any applicable tax, but not the original shipping charge, unless the return is the result of our error. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Exchanges are shipped once the original item has been received back at our facility.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product photography, designs, text, logos, and the Energy Stone Energy Outlet name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Viola S Creative Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content without our prior written consent.

10. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at info@eseoshop.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

11. Customer Support
Support requests are handled through the Contact Us form found in the site footer. We aim to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viola S Creative Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
